Shareholders Approve Reincorporation and Bradbury Capital Merger

Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition ( (TETEF) ) just unveiled an announcement.
On March 30, 2026, Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation shareholders overwhelmingly approved a slate of proposals to reincorporate the SPAC in the Cayman Islands via a merger into TETE Technologies Inc., adopt an amended business combination agreement with Bradbury Capital Holdings and its Malaysian subsidiary Super Apps, and change the post-transaction corporate name to Bradbury Capital Inc. Investors also backed new Cayman constitutional documents, authorized the issuance of more than 20% of PubCo shares under Nasdaq rules, approved an equity incentive plan, and elected a new board led by Super Apps’ representatives, with only 1,153 shares redeemed, paving the way for the business combination to proceed with broad shareholder support and a strengthened governance framework.
